Mrs. Wafaa Hafez Badawy
With a heart full of compassion and a vision for educational excellence, Mrs. Wafaa Hafez Badawy founded Thebes El-Maadi Language School in 2004. As a devoted mother herself, she understood the profound importance of nurturing young minds with love, care, and unwavering dedication.
Through her generous spirit and tireless commitment, she has created more than just an institution—she has built a home where thousands of children have flourished. Her maternal approach to education, combined with her pursuit of academic excellence, has shaped generations of students who carry her values into the world.
For over 20 years, Mrs. Wafaa has guided our school through countless successes and challenges, always with grace, wisdom, and an unshakeable belief in the potential of every child. From humble beginnings, our school has grown to serve over 2500 families, with our international program expanding from just 40 students in 2017 to 500 students today. Her legacy lives on in every classroom, every achievement, and every life touched by the Thebes family.

Twenty-one years ago, Thebes El-Maadi Schools were just a dream. In 2005, that dream became a reality. We began with a clear mission: to provide the highest quality education to the Egyptian community. Today, I am proud to say that Thebes Schools offer exceptional education to more than 2,500 families across Egypt.
This remarkable journey has been made possible through the steadfast support of our parents, the dedication and professionalism of our highly trained staff, and the collective belief in our purpose. Our aspiration is for every student to grow into a confident and principled individual—rooted in strong values, respectful of diversity, committed to lifelong learning, and deeply aware of their own potential, talents, and aspirations.
